RETURN POLICY
1. Aviva Smart Solutions always try to deliver perfectly but, in some cases, if you want to initiate the return of any of the Aviva Smart Solutions Online Sold material, in such case, you are required to return the original box/price tag, original packing and invoice. For details, please refer to
TERMS OF CANCELLATION
2.1. Customer can cancel the order any time prior to the dispatch of the Product. The order cannot be cancelled once the dispatch has been initiated. However, once the Products have been dispatched, and Customer wish to cancel the order, please reach out to the Customer Support and request for order cancellation. Aviva Smart Solutions will put its best effort to avoid attempting a delivery. However, in case the delivery is attempted, Customer may reject the delivery.
2.2. The request for cancellation of the order can be made by cancelling the order from ‘My Orders’ section by using the order tracking number, or by calling our customer care number, or any other method, as may be intimated by Aviva Smart Solutions, from time to time.
2.3. On receipt of order cancellation request, order will be cancelled with immediate effect, and the refund process for prepaid orders will be initiated. Refund can take 7-10 working days after confirmation of cancellation.
TERMS OF RETURN AND REFUND
3.1 Customer may initiate return of Products within 10 days of delivery of product. Aviva Smart Solutions would accept the request for return of such Product subject to the terms of this Policy. Aviva Smart Solutions will not process the return if Customer have placed the order for a wrong Product model or colour.
3.2 Inverter & Battery combo and Battery orders will not be returned and refunded in any case. Any product related complaint will be solved by service center only.
3.3 Aviva Smart Solutions packages come with tamper proof packaging. Please ensure that Customer should not accept package (s) where the seal is tampered/and or outer package is damaged. Acceptance of a tampered or a damaged package will automatically disqualify the Customer from any return claims for physically damaged/defective Products, incorrect Product, or missing accessories.
3.4 Customer may register a complaint or request for return in My Orders section by clicking on the return/exchange button
3.5 Aviva Smart Solutions will in its sole discretion verify if:
(a) the defects and damages in the Products or the non-compliances claimed in such Products are acceptable by us, or
(b) such defects, damages or non-compliances are due to our default, and will accordingly post verification, accept or reject the request for return. For such verification, Aviva Smart Solutions may request customers to send us images/video maximum up to 60 seconds or 2MB of the damaged or defective Product received, Product packaging images, and/or our personnel to schedule a visit to assess the damage or defect in the Product.
Further, to the assessment of the damage or the concern reported in the return request, Aviva Smart Solutions may in its sole discretion resolve the issue subject to the assessment report, in a manner as it may deem fit.
3.6 Please be informed that when Customer opt to return the Products, upon Aviva Smart Solutions verification of the Products and the documents relating thereto, Customer shall return the product in its original condition with all parts intact (with the brand’s/manufacturer’s box, packaging, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).Keeping the product ready for pick up (Return case)is customer’s responsibility. The refund amount for such Products which are eligible for return as per the terms of this Policy will be processed within a period of 7-10 business days from the date of us verifying the defect or the non-compliance in the Product. Customers refund will be processed only when the conditions as may be stipulated by Aviva Smart Solutions are fulfilled. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment mode opted by the Customer. Customer acknowledge that after initiation of refund, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in customer’s account, which is subject to your financial institution or payment solution provider terms and conditions.
3.7 Please be informed that for the Products, for which customer had opted for ‘Cash on Delivery’, as a payment option, Customer will receive refunds in their bank account (as per the bank account details provided by Customer to Aviva Smart Solutions). Aviva Smart Solutions do not make any cash refunds at any point of time.
3.8 The amount claimed as refund will be refunded to the Customer within 7-10 working days depending upon the mode of payment chosen by you. Sometimes banks or financial intermediaries take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund does not happen by the date advised, you may contact us, and we will gladly help you.
3.9 Aviva Smart Solutions reserves the right at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to modify, vary, curtail, withdraw and extend the Return Policy.
3.10 No claim would be entertained in case non-submission of required documents by the the Customers to avail this policy.
3.11 Product also available without this offer.
3.12 The decision of Aviva Smart Solutions shall be final with regard to this policy.
3.13 Any dispute with regard to the Return Policy is subjected to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru only

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges Refunds
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at accounts@avivasmartsolutuons.com.
